Sleep on a Plane
What’s the best way to sleep on a plane?
Since the holiday season is upon us, and many of us will be traveling via trains, planes and automobiles, I wanted to share with you a list of “must-have” travel gadgets, courtesy of travel writer Jessie on a Journey. I, of course, am a little biased, but am happy to say she recommended the ZENBand as one of her top gadgets! The ZENBand is featured with many other great products, so take a peek and make your holiday journey as comfty as possible. I’m proud to say it’s very affordable, too, and should be in most everyone’s price range.
Getting sleep on a plane can be challenging no matter what you do. Some folks take prescribed medicine to help them sleep, smoke weed or drink alcohol to knock them out. I’m not a big fan of pills or alcohol, because both can come with horrible hangovers. Who wants a hangover when you just arrive at your destination? 😉
For folks who have flight anxiety or want to try an all-natural approach to sleep on a plane, I highly recommend listening to our Anxiety Reduction ZENTones or our Fall Asleep ZENTones before you get on the plane. I’m a nervous flyer and do this every time I fly. You can read up on the science behind our programs on our FAQ page. I also LOVE wearing my ZENBand while in flight, because then bands are wide enough to pull over my eyes completely and keep out ambient light , AND I’m not dealing with painful headphones/earbuds and an additional eye-mask. The ZENBand takes care of everything in one.

Oh, what the heck, I’ll just order a ZENBand and read the article later.
